Must-have

Requirements:

  • Great copywriting skills in both English and Hungarian
  • Copywriting skills for digital platforms (Social Media, websites, applications, digital research surveys, and other digital marketing campaign assets)
  • Ability to clearly understand the campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them
  • Deep understanding of the ways copy helps clients achieve their aims and guiding them towards fresh, exciting ideas
  • Proficiency in aligning the marketing channels’ analytical indicators with the content
  • Creating immaculate copy that stands out from the crowd
  • Ability to synthesize executive summaries and reports

Nice-to-have

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics or related field or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of core branding principles: story, identity, communication, and culture
  • Basic Keynote skills with presentation experience
  • Creative spirit with an organized mindset that strives to create unique ideas in a coordinated way

What will you be actually doing?

  • Designing and implementing creative strategies that are forward-thinking and in line with current media trends
  • Working in our digital marketing team, aligning with the marketing analytics specialists
  • Taking ownership of copy briefs, Social Media posts, blog articles, video scripts, and strategic documents and answering them to a very high standard
  • Offering creative ideas and encouraging others to share theirs
  • Engaging in multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly
  • Checking the copies created by team members and offering feedback when necessary

01. Testing your skills

We’ll send you a few exercises, and based on the results, we’ll get familiar with your way of thinking and your overall professional skills.

02. Get-to-know-each-other talk

If all goes well, we’ll have the chance to meet you in person (or online). Prepare to fire away with all your questions! We’ll be curious about you personally, and we’ll be happy to tell you more about us and the projects we’re working on. A live test will also be part of this meeting to go a bit deeper into your professional skills.

03. Job offer

If both of us are happy with the previous steps, we’ll invite you to meet one of the leaderboard members to discuss the details and perks of the job. And we wrap it up by making you an offer.
