We are looking for digital designers to join our team. You can choose to work in one of our local offices in Marosvásárhely, Székelyudvarhely, or Csíkszereda. Bring your passion and perseverance to a fast-growing professional team!

Must-have

Requirements:

  • Experience as visual, brand, and/or UI designer
  • A portfolio with design projects
  • Experience in designing for digital projects
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud apps, and/or other prototyping tools
  • Active interest for brand-led design

Nice-to-have

Requirements:

  • Experience working with teams and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the design process (e.g. from design hypothesis to creating user flows and wireframes, specifying and building user interface mockups/prototypes)
  • Experience with prototyping

  • Fluent in English, Romanian, and Hungarian

What will you be actually doing?

  • Designing digital materials (from social media banners to the most complex digital app and web platforms)
  • Collaborating with marketing specialists and/or clients (from concept to completion) and delivering high quality creative material that meets the objectives
  • Maintaining overall consistency in graphic appearance according to the brand’s standards and guidelines
  • Taking part in branding/rebranding projects
