We are hiring! Digital Marketing Specialist wanted for Cognitive Creators in one of our offices (Marosvásárhely, Székelyudvarhely, or Csíkszereda).

Must-have

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry
  • Background in customer behaviour and marketing psychology
  • Experience with marketing modelling and analytics
  • Good understanding of funnel development and tracking
  • Ability to synthesize executive summaries and reports
  • Experience in copywriting for digital platforms (social media, websites, applications, digital research surveys, other digital marketing campaign assets)
  • Proficiency in aligning the marketing channels’ analytical indicators with the content
  • Ability to synthesize executive summaries and reports
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
  • Good Excel/Spreadsheet skills – pivot tables, spreadsheets
  • Basic PowerPoint/Prezi and Keynote skills with presentation experience
  • Creative spirit with an organized mindset that strives in creating unique ideas in a coordinated way

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Experience in creative directing in motion graphics and/or video production
  • Understanding of core branding principles: story, identity, communication and culture

What will you be actually doing?

Share your passion by

  • Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies that are forward-thinking and in-line with current media trends
  • Craft unique and value-driven experiences for international B2B brands 
  • Manage and optimize channels to a target ROI by making analytics-driven decisions and optimizations to drive performance and incremental revenue
  • Provide regular reporting on utilization, campaign effectiveness, response rates and related marketing ROI metrics
  • Monitoring competitor analysis
  • Market analysis for different industries
  • Taking ownership of copy briefs, social media posts, blog articles, video scripts, strategic documents and answer them to a very high standard
  • Offering creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs
  • Work closely with the marketing team members to produce content that has positive brand and business impact
  • Dive deep in our proprietary digital due diligence methodology and be part of its continuous development
