Both tech and soft skills. We’ll send you a few exercises, and based on the results, we’ll get familiar with your way of thinking and your overall engineering skills. You’ll also be asked to do a personality test that will reveal a few basics allowing us to see if we’re a match for each other.
If all goes well, we’ll have the chance to meet you in person (or online). Prepare to fire away with all your questions! We’ll be curious about you personally, and we’ll be happy to tell you more about us and the projects we’re working on. A live test will also be part of this meeting to go a bit deeper into your professional skills.
If both of us are happy with the previous steps, we’ll invite you to meet one of the leaderboard members to discuss the details and perks of the job. And we wrap it up by making you an offer.
