Must-have

Requirements:

Years of experience:

Mid-level: 3-5 years of development experience

Senior-level: 5+ years of development experience

  • Knowledge of writing HTML and CSS, being up on the latest practices is a must, minimum HTML5/CSS
  • Knowledge of a relevant and globally supported framework, e.g. React
  • Familiarity with modern Javascript (ES6)
  • Proficiency with GIT
  • Ability to prioritize customer use cases with simple user experience
  • Curiosity and openness toward bleeding-edge products
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly, show initiative, and willing to go the extra mile
  • Fluency in English
  • Personality of a strong team player who is open-minded, flexible, and adaptable

Nice-to-have

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of other JavaScript MVC frameworks
  • Familiarity with Redux
  • Deploying your own code (experience with Docker or Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Experience with Cloud Native Application development on AWS, Azure
  • Fluency in Hungarian

  • Turning top-notch user interface designs into highly engaging code using fundamental languages like HTML/CSS and Javascript
  • Proficiently using React
  • Creating interactive animation using JS, CSS, and dynamic SVG
  • Pioneering modern responsive layouts

What to expect in the

Hiring process:

01. Testing your skills

Both tech and soft skills. We’ll send you a few exercises, and based on the results, we’ll get familiar with your way of thinking and your overall engineering skills. You’ll also be asked to do a personality test that will reveal a few basics allowing us to see if we’re a match for each other.

02. Get-to-know-each-other talk

If all goes well, we’ll have the chance to meet you in person (or online). Prepare to fire away with all your questions! We’ll be curious about you personally, and we’ll be happy to tell you more about us and the projects we’re working on. A live test will also be part of this meeting to go a bit deeper into your professional skills.

03. Job offer

If both of us are happy with the previous steps, we’ll invite you to meet one of the leaderboard members to discuss the details and perks of the job. And we wrap it up by making you an offer.
