​​We are hiring! Senior Google Ads Specialist wanted for Cognitive Creators in one of our offices (Marosvásárhely, Székelyudvarhely, or Csíkszereda).

Must-have

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry
  • Familiar with paid digital advertising (PPC, SMM, EM) – proven track record of working on large Google Ads accounts 
  • Analytical mind to be able to harmonise different marketing channels 
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented – who does his/her research, plans, prioritises, sets goals, and sticks to them
  • Curious person who's always trying to improve his/her knowledge by reading industry blogs, listening to podcasts, and attending conferences
  • Background in customer behaviour and marketing psychology
  • Strong copywriting skills in English 
  • Experience with marketing modelling and analytics
  • Good understanding of funnel development and tracking
  • Ability to synthesise executive summaries and reports
  • Good Excel skills – pivot tables, spreadsheets
  • Basic PowerPoint and Keynote skills with presentation experience

Nice-to-have

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience

What will you be actually doing?

Share your passion by

  • Designing and implementing marketing strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Creating and executing Google Ads strategies (including setting goals, building, and managing Google Ads campaigns, data analysis, testing, copywriting, and learning)
  • Coordinating long-term marketing projects
  • Managing and optimising channels to a target ROI by making analytics-driven decisions and optimisations to drive performance and incremental revenue
  • Providing regular reporting on utilisation, campaign effectiveness, response rates, and related marketing ROI metrics
  • Monitoring competitor analysis
  • Market analysis for different industries
  • Completing copywriting tasks
