The Case

A unique digital ecosystem is being developed in Romania, exclusively catering to installation and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment professionals. This inventive platform is none other than Uniprest Instal Digital, which offers an array of specialised services to installation companies, distributors, and developers of residential, commercial, or industrial projects (free 24-hour delivery to construction sites, project management tools, white labelling options, API integration, and more). When the company came knocking on our door, they were in need of some digital detective work. They wanted to know where they stood amongst their rivals in the digital realm and how they could accurately position themselves to draw the right audience in.

The Solution

After conducting a thorough Digital Due Diligence analysis and a bit of soul-searching, we helped Uniprest Instal emerge with a reimagined brand identity and consolidate it for the long term. Now, they're a force to be reckoned with in the installation and HVAC industry.

Revving Up for the Digital Race

The digital world can be tough, like a race with no finish line. Uniprest Instal knew that in order to compete, they needed to assess their current digital status and understand their limitations. The Cognitive Creators team put the pedal to the metal to get Uniprest Instal race-ready. We left no stone unturned in our Digital Due Diligence (DDD) analysis, identifying their strengths and charting out strategic growth paths.

Within the DDD, we employed a custom methodology, assessing the company’s: 

  1. Digital Market: We scoured the construction industry to analyse the competition and emerging brands that could disrupt the market. From this, we identified relevant benchmarks that could help set digital KPIs.
  2. Digital Ecosystem: We conducted a comprehensive audit of Uniprest Instal's digital ecosystem, identifying gaps that needed to be filled and systems that could be improved. Our focus on data ensured that they could capture and collect relevant internal and external data sets to develop data-driven insights.

The results of the DDD analysis revealed that Uniprest Instal had an impressive business model and technology with immense potential lying beneath. However, they were like a diamond in the rough: needing more brand power to sparkle and catch the right audience's attention.

So the next step was to polish the diamond.

B is for Brand Briefing

To kickstart this venture, we first needed to craft the brand context of Uniprest Instal. We rolled up our sleeves, brewed some coffee, and dove into joint workshops to redefine and distil the essence of their vision, mission, and values. With a blend of creativity and strategic thinking, we cooked up a unique brand story that showcased all that makes them stand out from the rest of the construction industry crowd.

With the brand context of Uniprest Instal firmly established, it was time to get into the nitty-gritty details of their brand identity. We identified colour palette preferences, imagery styles, and communication tones that better fit their character. From there, we synthesised everything into a comprehensive Brand Brief that would serve as a brand compass for years to come.

From Concept to Reality

The Brand Manual

We reached our collaboration's final – and probably the most rewarding – phase: bringing the brand concept to life through online and offline elements. From logos to apparel design, we’re thrilled to showcase the top transformations that have enhanced the new and improved Uniprest brand.

Logo

Uniprest Instal’s new logo was chosen from more than 25 logo concepts. Designed with accuracy, precision and a touch of playfulness (with the ‘es’ connection slightly shifted), it reflects the company’s top qualities: proficiency and flexibility. With its adaptable design, the logo confidently shines across various mediums, from websites to print materials.

Colour Palette

Blue and red are two powerful colours that evoke a sense of trust and vitality. These two hues have accompanied Uniprest Instal on their journey to becoming a respected business. However, as they continue to evolve and grow, we've updated their colour palette to be more vibrant and polished, reflecting the epitome of a modern company. The revitalised shades now shine brighter and bolder, adding even more depth and meaning to the brand identity.

Online Media

From social media covers to digital banners and email newsletters, we've made sure to lend Uniprest Instal a cohesive and polished look. And to ensure that the company maintains its sophisticated and professional image online, we've crafted a comprehensive Brand Manual complete with guidelines and templates.

Offline Media

In the case of Uniprest Instal, a solid offline marketing strategy is just as essential as a robust digital presence. That’s why we created diverse materials that reflect their brand, including stationery, apparel, outdoor advertising materials, car vinyl, and expo materials. We aimed to ensure that each piece captured the brand's essence and delivered a lasting impact on potential customers, whether they stumbled upon Uniprest Instal during a tradeshow or encountered their advertisement on a roadside billboard.
