  • Day-to-day management and operation of digital projects with great attention to detail
  • Planning, scheduling milestones and delivering projects on time within scope and budget
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies 
  • Focus on providing and delivering value to the customer
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle changes and make decisions quickly
  • Demonstrating self-organisation and self-motivation as an individual
  • Fluency in English



  • Technical knowledge of the software development process and tools that help understand the team’s work and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Risk management and data analysis skills
  • Fluency in Hungarian
  • Agile PM certification
  • Ability to make yourself understood in German

What to expect in the

Hiring process:

01. Testing your skills

Both tech and soft skills. We’ll send you a few exercises, and based on the results, we’ll get familiar with your way of thinking and your overall engineering skills. You’ll also be asked to do a personality test that will reveal a few basics allowing us to see if we’re a match for each other.


02. Get-to-know-each-other talk

If all goes well, we’ll have the chance to meet you in person (or online). Prepare to fire away with all your questions! We’ll be curious about you personally, and we’ll be happy to tell you more about us and the projects we’re working on. A live test will also be part of this meeting to go a bit deeper into your professional skills.


03. Job offer

If both of us are happy with the previous steps, we’ll invite you to meet one of the leaderboard members to discuss the details and perks of the job. And we wrap it up by making you an offer.
